Across the street are many restaurants and Seminole Town Center mall is 2 blocks away. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Dennys is located on site and open 24 hours. Lake Monroe is 5 minutes away with fishing, boating and scenic views on Sanford River Walk. Visit Historic downtown with antique stores and cafes. Our property features 120 rooms with two double beds or one king bed. All rooms feature fridge, 25 inch remote controlled TV's with expanded cable including HBO and 24 hour news, alarm clocks, coffee makers high speed wireless internet access. King size room has business desk and recliner. Two double beds have table with chairs. Coffee, microwave and a computer to check your e-mail is available in the lobby until 9PM. Pets accepted with a 20.00 charge per pet per night. Shuttle from airport scheduled 10.00 plus tax per reservation per trip. I did not like this hotel and will not return.

Not attractive, not neat, not clean and poor maintanance, my phone did not work so I never recieved a wake up call.

They could do much better with what they have but are complacent.

The price was great, and the room was exceptionally clean, and the staff welcoming.

The ice machine was too far away from the room.

We enjoyed our stay very much and the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful to us. It was a very quiet place even with an 24 hour Denny's next door and I-4 right next to it.

Near shopping mall.

It smelled of smoke. On one monitoring pool.

This was a great hotel for its location. It was in walking distance of shopping mall, restaurants and family member. Not to mention the interstate. As far as hospitality, there was none. Front desk was talking on the phone while I registered. The parking was not great. Vehicle was not in distance for me to see it. The had no regulation over the pool. Individuals that lived in that areas came and jumped in the pool and took over. Hotel staff came to room at 9:00 in the morning waking you up when check out was at 12:00. It appeared that they was rushing out of my room. My family and I will be traveling down there in about 6 weeks and we are debating on staying with family members or going back to a hotel. ...read more

Leaving.

It was dirty, run-down and by far the worst motel room I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in many.

It has the feel of a crack house. I've stayed in some lousy places before, but this place takes the cake. I would have rather slept in the rental car.

Run down, non smoking room not available.

What do you want for $65? If there had been a nicer place available for $125, I would have taken it, but I needed this location and the nicer place was sold out. If price is your only concern, this place was fine, but otherwise I would suggest spending a bit more and getting a better place. ...read more
